Expert Witness
An expert witness, is a person who by virtue of education, training, skills and experience is considered to have expertise/specialist knowledge in a given area, which allows others to rely the ‘Experts’ opinion about facts or evidence disclosed in disputes.

- Spread of Asbestos Contamination
- Results of Asbestos Monitoring and Surveying
- Remediation of Asbestos in Soils
- UKAS accredited Asbestos Testing
- Breach of Asbestos Regulations and Guidance
The above list is not exhaustive and in in conjunction with being fully conversant with Civil Procedures Rules Part 35 and the Civil Justice Council’s Expert Protocol.
We are able to act on behalf of claimants and defendants or as a Single Joint Expert. We have considerable experience including cases of Negligent breaches of Regulation, RIDDOR reportable incidents, Rent and Rates arbitration, Negligence in Asbestos Surveys - leading to third party damages, assessment of Contractual terms.
Within the ten years acting as an Asbestos expert I have written 15 Expert Reports and given oral evidence 3 times. The largest scale was a £4.5M damages claim.
